As a Corpus Christi periodontist, his ultimate goal is to provide high-quality care while also educating those in his community about the lifelong importance of gum health and how to avoid periodontal disease. Born and raised in Corpus Christi, Dr. Garcia earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M Corpus Christi University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He then went on to the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston, completing his dental doctorate and then his post-graduate training in periodontics. Following his residency, he became a candidate of the American Board of Periodontology.

Additionally, Dr. Garcia has a passion for research and has completed multiple projects and presentations, focusing on the color of dental biomaterials. He’s been honored with several awards as well, including an In-Service Periodontics Scholarship, Academy of Dental Materials Award, the Quintessence Award for Academic Achievement and Research, and more.
Dr. Garcia is married to his high school sweetheart, Ashley, who practices as a general dentist. They have three beautiful children named Leila, Charles, and Scarlett. When he isn’t busy caring for teeth, some of his favorite hobbies include hanging out with loved ones, skiing, swimming, and playing tennis.
