New Periodontal Patients Corpus Christi
We’re Eager to Help You
Living with gum disease and tooth loss is already hard enough, so we believe that getting the care you need to address them should be easy. Before you schedule your first appointment with us, be sure to read over the page below, so you know exactly what to expect at our Corpus Christi periodontal office. It should answer all of your basic questions, but if there is anything else you’d like to know, you are always welcome to contact us.
Your First Visit
Your first visit to South Texas Periodontics & Implants will primarily involve an oral examination as well as a conversation with Dr. Garcia. He’ll ask you about your dental and health history before going over what you hope to accomplish by visiting us. He’ll then take a detailed look at your mouth as well as some X-rays and intraoral scans. He’ll go over these images with you on a nearby monitor so you can see what he’s seeing. From there, he’ll discuss your treatment options and work with you to come up with a plan going forward.
Periodontal Patient Forms
You can go ahead and complete our patient forms before you come to our periodontal office. Just download them below and fill in the appropriate information. Bring the forms to your appointment, and this will allow our team to check you in very quickly and minimize your already short wait.
Dental Insurance
We do file all dental insurance claims as a courtesy for our patients and we do a pre-determination so you will know exactly what will be covered with your plan.
